Right of Return

• Right of Withdrawal:

  Under Consumer Legislation, you have the right to withdraw within 7 days for defective and faulty products purchased under distance contracts.

  Due to hygiene conditions, the right of withdrawal cannot be used for bikinis, swimsuits, underwear, and nightwear, evening wear products. However, your right to return or exchange other products is reserved.

• Use of Right of Withdrawal: To use your right of withdrawal, you must notify Zalle customer service by reaching out via destek@zalle.com.tr.
• Condition of the Product: The product you wish to return must be in its original packaging, unused, with no missing parts and undamaged.
• Return Period: You must send the product to us within 7 days following your withdrawal notification.

Exchange

• Product Exchange: If the product you ordered is not suitable for you, you can exchange it for a different product.
• Exchange Conditions: The product you wish to exchange must meet the return conditions.
• Shipping Fee: In case of exchange, the shipping fee for the new product is covered by you.

Refund

• Refunded Amount: If you use your right of withdrawal, the amount you paid will be refunded to you. The shipping fee belongs to the buyer.
• Refund Period: After your refund process is completed, the refund amount will be returned to your account within 10 days.
• Refund Method: The refund process is carried out using the payment method you used while making the payment. The shipping fee used for the delivery and return of the product in case of a refund is covered by you.
